Molise. Tv show “Le Iene” to trial, sued by Federfarma

In April 2012 they were threatened by pharmacists who did not like their filming and their questions on the introduction of electronic machines for validating prescriptions. They were then sued by the Federation of Pharmacists. Now, on 26 November 2015, for the same affair, they have been indicted by the trial judge of the Court of Campobasso, where on March 18, 2016 the proceeding will begin. Nadia Toffa, envoy of the TV show Le Iene aired on Canale 5, Marco Fubini, author, and Luca Tiraboschi, inspector, are accused of aggravated defamation through the television medium.
The lawsuit was filed in 2012 by the section of Molise of Federfama, the association of owners of pharmacies chaired by Luigi Sauro, in relation to the episode of the program aired on March 29, 2012.
