The Single-Member Court of Rimini has acquitted of defamation Michelle Hunziker and Max Laudadio, special envoy of Striscia la Notizia. April 16, 2016 the Court had asked for a year and four months in prison for him and six months for her. To report the news of the acquittal was an article by ANSA news agency from 23 September 2016. Hunziker and Laudadio were on trial for defamation against Rodolfo Mirri, entrepreneur and talent scout of Riccione, contesting a service aired on March 17 2010. The satirist news cast had sent at the Mirri agency fake models to demonstrate how the talent scout based its recruitment method on sexual blackmailing. Hunziker and his lawyer, Giulia Bongiorno, had confirmed in court the claim of the recruitment method used by Mirri based on sexual blackmail. On September 23 also Laudadio has been heard.
